You can view your bill online, download your latest and historic invoices, view your call data online and create custom reports on your call data and charges. For eligible services, you can also view your unbilled usage.
If you don’t have a username and password to access your bill online, please speak to your dedicated account manager who will set one up for you.
Problem with your bill?
Call us on 0330 223 34 34 (option 1) if you have a query about your bill. You can also email your query to email@example.com and somebody will get right back to you.
Your payment will automatically be taken by Direct Debit 14 days after your invoice date. If you do not have a direct debit set up, please call 0330 223 34 34 (option 1) to set up a new direct debit or to make a payment by debit or credit card (Please note all non-direct debit payments will incur a charge of £4.50 +VAT).
You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a link to set up your direct debit or to make a credit or debit card payment online (please quote your company name or account number and specify which payment option you require). You will then be sent a one-time link to a secure site to make a payment online. (Please note it can take up to 24 hours for your payment link to arrive).
